This Refund Policy describes the rules and conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made to Youth Computer Education Centre (YCEC). By making any payment on our website or through our digital platforms, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
Youth Computer Education Centre provides computer education, certification programs, digital services, online tools, and franchise-related facilities. Due to the nature of educational and digital services, most services are activated immediately after successful payment.
All payments made for courses, certifications, digital services, tools, registrations, or wallet recharges are generally non-refundable once the service has been successfully activated, accessed, or delivered to the user.
Users are advised to carefully review course details, service descriptions, and pricing information before making any payment. Completion of payment indicates acceptance of this Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered only under limited and valid circumstances. These include duplicate payments made accidentally, technical errors where payment is deducted but the service is not delivered, or unauthorized transactions verified by our support team.
In such cases, users must provide valid transaction details and supporting information to help us investigate the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after payment, incorrect service selection by the user, failure to use services within the validity period, successful wallet credits, or services already accessed or utilized.
Wallet recharges made on the Youth Computer Education Centre platform are strictly non-refundable once the amount has been successfully credited. Wallet balances can only be used for services available on our website and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Refund requests must include transaction ID, registered email address, payment date, and a clear reason for the request.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateway providers.
All payments on Youth Computer Education Centre are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not control payment gateway processing timelines or banking delays.
Youth Computer Education Centre reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
